Our loved ones are ripped away from us for long stretches of time in foreign countries, often postage is most consistent form of communication. Why should we have to pay to keep in touch with family members that the government has sent to foreign countries?

FOR ALL COUNTRIES< I JUST HAPPEN TO BE CANADIAN! NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO PAY TO KEEP IN TOUCH WITH SOMEONE WHO IS DEPLOYED FOR THEIR COUNTRY!!
